Some important matter to consider

“Information is Wealth. Make sure you have the right one.”

1)  Find the right education provider to achieve your educational goals.

If you are an International student, you should know that Australian Government protects your rights with the help of regulation and laws in Education Industry. We know that it is crucial that you find the right Colleges and Universities to achieve your dreams and achieve success. Did you know Australia has the third highest number of international students in the world behind only the United Kingdom and the United States despite having a population of only 23 million? This is not surprising when you consider Australia has seven of the top 100 universities in the world! In fact, with over 22,000 courses across 1,100 institutions, Australia sits above the likes of Germany, the Netherlands and Japan, ranking eighth in the Universities 2012 U21 Ranking of National Higher Education Systems (https://www.studyinaustralia.gov.au/english/why-australia)

Make sure the educational provider is registered with the appropriate Governing bodies so that you can complete your studies with peace of mind.

2)   We are not Australian Migration Agent

Yes, we are not, nor do we have the capacity to advise on migration-related matters. However, we can help you find a qualified, reliable and economic Migration Agent for your visas if you want on your behalf. Registration of Migration agents in Australia gives you protection and helps ensure people working as migration agents are aware of current laws and procedures and provide correct advice.

If you want to reduce the cost, you can apply most of the Australian visas online. However, it can be a bit of a time-consuming task. If you have some time, for your assistance all the information you need is provided by the appropriate Government bodies website. This a great initiative by Australian Government which helps everyone to be better informed. For example

https://www.australia.gov.au

Please note this below statement from the Department of Border protection, Australia (https://www.border.gov.au/trav/visa/usin/using-a-migration-agent-in-australia)

The department accepts all applications lodged, regardless of who lodges them. You are able to lodge any kind of visa application or asylum claim yourself and most applications can be lodged online.

However, if you do not feel confident in lodging an application, or if your case is complex, you may want to engage a registered migration agent to help you in your dealings with the department.

A migration agent cannot influence the outcome or fast-track the processing of your application or guarantee you a visa.

We have heard many stories where the public have been put to miserable situations by some.

Please follow some sites for information and your peace of mind.

3)   We are not recruitment consultants.

We do not provide or offer jobs, though we can assist you to find one by updating your resume, find proper job consultants and websites. Please beware of that some people/agents offer to provide job visas (sponsorship) by asking or receiving money or other benefits. This is illegal and do not fall victim to this. We do not want you to break your dreams and fall into their traps. To avoid being the victim of scams, please go to the given link and read carefully.

4)  Rights, we all have our rights protected here in Australia
